Secretary / Receptionist

 

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and professional part-time customer facing receptionist to join our team.  Pier Physiotherapy Clinic is an established private practice with a team of multi-disciplinary clinicians who are committed to achieving the highest standards of professional care and treatment. 
You should have the ability to work on your own initiative, organise time and be able to prioritise workload. You should possess good organisational skills and have a professional telephone manner with the ability to determine the importance of situations and initiate action where appropriate. You should be computer literate with a practical experience of Word and the use of email/internet.  Previous administration or secretarial experience is preferred but not essential.
